Pinch Valve Cutaway, 2" - 3"

Model: 264P

DAC Worldwide’s Pinch Valve Cutaway, 2" - 3" (264P) is a large and unique valve sample that allows for convenient classroom training in the operation, construction, and maintenance of an industrial pinch valve as used in many industries.

These full-bore/fully-ported industrial valves are known for their low maintenance costs, smooth flow characteristics, seal-less design, and adaptability to a range of abrasive and corrosive media. As a result, they're often a popular choice for many heavy industry applications. While small pinch valves are used widely in medical equipment and pharmaceutical applications, larger pinch valves are commonly used in pulp and paper, wastewater, cement, ceramic, and glass industries.

Through carefully-planned sectioning and color-coding, the complete internal configuration of the valve is exposed and showcased. Functional features and hardware locations have been retained, allowing for “hands-on” training in maintenance. Strategic sectioning unveils important features, such as the elastomeric sleeve, pinch-bars, and the complete linear pinching mechanism.

  • Sectioning of actual hardware (well-known valve makes and models from US manufacturers are chosen for industrial relevancy).
  • Cleaning, priming, and painting using a high-durability, urethane coating with powder-coated interior surfaces.
  • Color-coding of valve body, internal process surfaces, seat, and closure device using contrast colors.
  • Replacement plated hardware where necessary.
  • All functioning internal components shown.
  • Welded, formed-steel, powder-coated mounting stand with provision for tabletop mounting or mounting on related DAC Worldwide bench, workstation, and storage rack products.
  • Crating for shipment via motor freight.
