Hydraulic Diaphragm Pump Dissectible

Model: 275-130

DAC Worldwide’s Hydraulic Diaphragm Pump Dissectible (275-130) features a fully restored industrial positive displacement diaphragm pump to create a teaching aid for process pump maintenance training. All operating features of this reciprocating positive displacement pump have been retained for industrial training accuracy.

A positive displacement diaphragm pump works by creating a cyclical movement on a diaphragm within the pump. When the diaphragm is expanded, fluid is drawn into the pump and when compressed, fluid is expelled back into the chamber.

These hermetically sealed pumps are utilized when hazardous chemicals such as paints, oils, and corrosive liquids are being processed. Because these reciprocating positive displacement pumps operate with a predictable, repeatable action they are ideal for applications where accurate measurement is necessary.
