This comprehensive, yet economical package of sectioned valve samples allows for convenient classroom training in the design, operating characteristics, construction, and maintenance of a variety of common valve types used in industry. A full range of 1/4-turn shut-off, throttling, and specialty valves are provided, each mounted on pipe stubs allowing for individual inspection and handling off the mounting base assembly.

Through carefully-planned sectioning, the complete internal configuration of each valve is exposed and showcased.

The complete baseplate-mounted kit includes ten different valve types. Seal features and hardware locations have been retained, allowing for "hands-on" training in small-bore valve maintenance.
7-Gauge, powder coated, formed-steel baseplate with provision for tabletop mounting.
Sectioning of 10 representative brass, bronze and steel valves (common valve makes and models chosen for industrial training relevancy).
Valve types include; gate, globe, ball, butterfly, plug, swing-check, needle, safety relief, diaphragm (Saunders), and solenoid. Primary valve size is 3/4" NPS.
Cleaning and glass beading as necessary.
Mounting of individual valves using pipe nipples and pipe clamps, for ease in disassembly or use individually.
Replacement, plated hardware, where necessary.
All primary functional detail including gaskets, seals, and seats shown.
Provision for mounting on related bench and workstation products.
Packaging for shipment via motor freight.
