This detailed air pressure regulator cutaway, depicts a well-known specialty pressure regulator commonly found in
manufacturing facilities, petro-chemical plants and other industrial and commercial environments, and used in
instrumentation and control applications.
These direct-operating regulators provide a continuously-controlled, reduced, air pressure supply to pneumatic and
electro-pneumatic controllers, control valves, positioners and other instrumentation-related devices.
The product includes a formed-steel mounting assembly, allowing for stand-alone display, bench-top mounting, or
mounting on specialized mounting benches and display structures.
Through careful sectioning, the complete internal configuration of the regulator can be seen, while also allowing for
complete disassembly for more thorough inspection. All primary features have been retained, allowing for
demonstration of common maintenance activities.
