An eight-piece assortment of individually-mounted, re-manufactured and cut away industrial valves allowing for classroom training in the design, operation, construction, and maintenance of common valves types found in industry. Each valve includes carefully-planned sectioning and color coding, allowing the complete internal configuration of each valve to be exposed and showcased. Seats and closure devices are color-coded. Seal features and primary hardware locations are retained, allowing for "hands-on" training in maintenance. Each valve is provided on a formed- steel support stand, allowing for convenient classroom and lab use.
Sectioning of actual industrial hardware (common valve makes and models chosen) (3/4" - 1" flanged varieties most often chosen).
Cleaning and powder-coating of valve interior and exterior surfaces, assuring long-term resistance to corrosion
Painting of exterior surfaces using a high-durability urethane coating.
Color coding of valve body, internal surfaces, seat, and closure devices using contrasting colors.
Replacement, plated hardware throughout, were required.
All gaskets, seals, and seats shown.

The courseware, useful in both an instructor-led or self-directed format, includes a textbook and twelve illustrated, hands-on exercises.
