This actual industrial pump assembly allows for in-depth training in field or bench-top disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting, and assembly of multi-staged pumps. Horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps are commonly used in all process industries and are encountered by the maintenance technician regularly. All components and design features have been retained, and the sample is mounted on a heavy-gauge formed-steel baseplate and support assembly. The device allows for both demonstration and training related to the design, operation and maintenance of common horizontal side channel centrifugal industrial pumps.
