A self-contained demonstration and training system relating to positive-displacement chemical injection pump operation, testing and flow calibration.

Designed as an introductory training aid for students of process operations (Process Technology and Ptech), this bench top process rig allows for quantitative training in establishing accurate delivery rates for chemical additives, commonly used in process systems.

Operation and calibration activities are performed under varying flow rates using calibration columns of different sizes.
7-Gauge, formed-steel baseplate.
