A performance-based training system allowing for in-depth training in the fundamentals, troubleshooting and repair of common industrial pneumatic systems. The device, through its industrial-grade hardware and its associated student manual, allows for complete training in the principles, applications, physical properties, and maintenance of modern pneumatic systems.

All commonly used components are permanently mounted and identified on the front panel face. Removable components and optional, supplementary components can be easily mounted on both horizontal and panel-mounted, t-slot surfaces.

All components are full-size, and of industrial quality. Connections are made using high-quality tubing with quick-disconnect fittings. The device can be provided with an air source and a mobile base cabinet.

In general, the training aid, through a broad variety of standard components, can support a wide range of demonstrations and experiments in pneumatic system theory and application.

Connecting and accessory components including: push-button actuator to fit all directional control valve bodies, two flow control valves, needle valve, shuttle valve, check valve, two t-fittings, six 24" pneumatic hoses, six 34" pneumatic hoses, four 42" pneumatic hoses, venturi assembly, manometer accessories, air supply hose, and solenoid valve cable.
Directional control valves are removable and dissectible.
Interchangeable actuators and spools on directional control valves.
Quick-disconnect fittings throughout.
