A four-piece assortment of re-manufactured and cut away industrial valves allowing for classroom training in the operation, construction, and maintenance of common valves used in industry. This Short Set includes four of the most common valves type found in industry and within commercial applications.

Each brass, bronze, or steel valve includes carefully planned sectioning, allowing the complete internal configuration of the valve to be exposed and showcased. Seats and closure devices are visible. Seal features and primary hardware locations have been retained, allowing for "hands-on" disassembly and training in maintenance. These screwed valves are supported and stabilized using steel connecting pipe nipples. A durable vinyl graphical key is provided showing each valve in symbol form, using two common symbol systems.
Multiple type-A belt set, including tapered bushing, 2-groove sheaves, matched belts and a mismatched belt example.
Sectioning of actual industrial hardware (common valve makes and models chosen).
Cleaning, priming, and painting, when necessary, using a high-durability urethane coating.
Includes brass or bronze gate, globe, swing check, ball valves and a steel gate valve.
