This sectioned valve sample supports realistic classroom training in the operation, construction, and maintenance of a pneumatically-operated control valve as used in industrial process systems of all kinds. Through carefully-planned sectioning and color-coding, the complete internal configuration of the valve’s actuator and body is exposed and showcased. Seal features and hardware locations have been retained, allowing for “hands-on” training in maintenance. Valve examples from well-known manufacturers are chosen for industrial training relevancy.

This professionally-crafted, heavy-duty, durably-coated, and fully-detailed teaching aid will provide years of service in the training lab or classroom.
Sectioning of actual .75"- 1.5" nominal size, industrial, pneumatically-operated, control valve (common valve makes and models by well-known US manufacturers are chosen for industrial relevancy).
Full cutaway of valve body, exposing plug, seat, and flow path; Full cutaway of actuator exposing spring orientation, diaphragm and actuating disk.
Cleaning, priming, and painting using a high-durability, urethane coating. Powder-coated internal surfaces.
Color-coding of valve body, internal surfaces, seat, and closure devices, using contrasting colors.
