A highly-detailed scale model of a common flare system supporting training in the design, operation and maintenance of industrial flares used within refineries and other process facilities.

Based on a common flare designs by John Zink Company, Callidus Technologies and others, the product is a complete to-scale replication of some of the most common industrial flares used today. Based on a steam-assisted design, with multiple, redundant ignitors, the model includes significant detailing of flare components and support equipment.

This teaching aid complements courses in refinery operations, and process equipment design.
Exact "to-scale" construction throughout.
Primary components cast in urethane to allow for maximum detail and durability.
Exterior detail including; derrick-type structure, primary process piping, air/steam piping, flame arrestor, knock-out drum, liquid separator tank, and molecular seal.
Durable PVC baseplate with provision for tabletop mounting, and mounting on related DAC display rack products.
Packaging for shipment via UPS or motor freight.
