A comprehensive training system providing all the components necessary to introduce the student to the identification, application and design of sensing systems used in industry.

The integrated course offers 20-25 hours of instruction on limit switches, fiber optics sensors, infrared sensors and proximity sensors. Each learning activity includes an introduction to the components, principles of their use and applications. Learning can take place in a self-paced or instructor-led format.

This versatile training system has been designed to interface with other training devices relating to pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs and pneumatic robots. Additionally, some components can be used with motors, lighting systems, conveyors, and other available 24 VDC devices.

Due to its focus on industrial applications and automated manufacturing, this training system will achieve results in both the industrial training and educational settings.
