This detailed constant differential relay cutaway, depicts a common constant pressure regulator and valve used within industrial process control systems, in level control applications, most commonly in bubbler assemblies. This common piece of pneumatic control hardware is found in manufacturing facilities, petro-chemical plants, refineries and other similar industrial, commercial and oil & gas applications. The internal needle valve spring-actuated diaphragm maintains a constant internal differential pressure constant volumetric flow rate. A full 1/4 cutaway unveils all internal construction details and its operating principle.

The device includes a formed-steel mounting assembly, allowing for stand-alone display, bench-top mounting, or mounting on specialized mounting benches and support structures.

Through careful sectioning, the complete internal configuration of the device can be seen, while also allowing for disassembly for more compete inspection. All primary features have been retained and show cased using multiple colors.
