This sectioned industrial specialty oilfield valve allows for valuable and convenient classroom training in the operation, construction, and maintenance of on-off type dump valves used on treaters, separators, gun barrels, free water knockouts and other common oilfield separation, accumulation, and collection equipment.

Operating on hydrostatic pressure of a related column of liquid, differential pressure allows these valves to cycle automatically and dependably, releasing waste water from separation equipment.

Through carefully-planned sectioning and color-coding, the complete internal configuration of the valve is exposed and showcased. Seal features and hardware locations have been retained, allowing for “hands-on” training in maintenance.
Sectioning of actual hardware (common valve brands and models from leading US manufacturers such as Kimray and FMC are chosen for oil & gas training relevancy).
Cleaning, priming, and painting using a high-durability, urethane coating.
Color-coding of upper and lower bodies, internal surfaces, seats, and closure device, using contrast colors.
Full 90-degree cutaway through both upper and lower housings unveiling all primary components including balancing diaphragm, seat, closure, gas connection, and control pivot and stem system.
Replacement, plated hardware, where required.
All seals, and seats shown.
7-Gauge, Formed-steel and powder-coated base assembly with provision for tabletop mounting.
Provision for mounting on related DAC bench, workstation and storage rack products.
Packaging for shipment via motor freight or parcel service.
