This variable-area flow meter sample (rotameter) allows for close visual inspection of a common PVC and acrylic liquid flow meter to better understand its function, design characteristics, operation, and possible maintenance.

Widely-used due to its simplicity of construction, direct-reading capability, and limited maintenance needs, the working operator or technician should be familiar with its operating principle, and factors that might compromise its reliability in use.

The process component is mounted o a threaded pipe stanchion allowing for more complete disassembly using basic mechanical tools allowing for closer inspection and visualization of the maintenance process.

Mounted on a modular formed-steel mounting baseplate the device can be easily mounted on related display, and storage structures.
Industrially-relevant samples are selected by leading US manufactures.
13-Gauge formed-steel and powder-coated mounting baseplate, with steel pipe support stanchion.
Float and tapered tube easily seen.
Provision for mounting on related DAC bench, display and workstation products.
Packaging for shipment via parcel service.
