This realistic product option supplements related mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical products by applying a variable load to a rotating system for testing and troubleshooting of power transmission systems under load.

Often used in combination with DAC industrial motor, motor control training aids and electromechanical bench packages, the device encourages change in system running conditions by encouraging heat buildup and vibration in connected components.

The assembly includes carefully-selected mounting dimensions and shaft centerline positions for maximum compatibility with related products.
(1) 3/8", 6" X 9" anodized aluminum modular baseplate, allowing for mounting on related T-slotted aluminum mounting systems in both axial and transverse positions.
Primary structural housing fabricated from 3/16" wall square steel tubing.
3/4" Diameter turned, ground, and polished through shaft with keyways matching related electro-mechanical products.
