A full-size, fully-detailed, sectioned example of a high-pressure wellhead assembly as found in oilfield applications, worldwide. This large-scale teaching aid depicts, and unveils the complete assembly of components used in creating a wellhead as used in oil & gas production operations.

This, assembly includes a variety of sectioned components including; casing head/starter head, tubing head, tree bonnet adapter, adjustable choke, and gate-type block valve. Additional assembly components include production casing hanger slips, rap-around tubing hanger, as well as representative Xmas tree components such as master valve, production tee, pressure gauge, and additional choke. Sample surface casing, production casing and production tubing are also shown.

A welded-steel, heavy-duty, support stand with a specialized strategic viewing window, allows for visibility of all components both above, and below theoretical grade level, while stabilizing the complete assembly. Hi-capacity locking casters are provided for mobility.

This educational assembly provides a realistic introduction to primary wellhead components and their fit-up.
